London, Jan 1 : British singer Leona Lewis had a scare when she was approached by police after her mother’s car was doubled-parked near her home here. But the cops only wanted an autograph.

Mirror.co.uk reports her as saying: ‘My mother wanted to run into the garage to quickly get some bits so she doubled parked outside. But while I sat in the car a police van pulled up. My mum saw it and dropped her shopping and came running out. But all they wanted was an autograph.’
